We offer clinical supervision to clinicians working toward independent licensure in North Carolina, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates (LCSW-As), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCA/LMHC-As), and psychologists in training.

Our supervision supports development in clinical skills, ethical practice, case conceptualization, and professional growth within a collaborative and reflective environment. Supervision is tailored to each clinician’s stage of training and licensure goals and emphasizes evidence-based practice, ethical decision making, and confidence in clinical work.
