Our groups are designed to provide children, adolescents, and caregivers with structured, supportive opportunities to build skills, strengthen relationships, and connect with others who share similar experiences. Groups are grounded in evidence-based and developmentally appropriate approaches and focus on emotional regulation, communication, coping strategies, and resilience. By combining skill-building with peer connection, our groups create a supportive environment where participants can practice new strategies and feel understood.
Parent Training
Parent Training groups provide caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies to support their child’s emotional and behavioral needs at home. Groups focus on understanding behavior, strengthening parent-child relationships, improving communication, and building consistent routines and responses that promote regulation and positive behavior.
Trauma Groups
Trauma-focused groups offer a safe, supportive space for children or adolescents to process stressful or traumatic experiences. Using developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed approaches, groups focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety while reducing trauma-related symptoms.
ADHD/ASD Groups
ADHD and ASD groups support children and adolescents in developing skills related to attention, flexibility, organization, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Groups are structured and supportive, emphasizing practical strategies, peer connection, and strengths-based skill building in a neurodiversity-affirming environment.
Social Skills Groups
Social Skills groups help children and adolescents build age-appropriate communication, perspective-taking, and peer interaction skills. Through guided activities, role-play, and real-time feedback, participants practice navigating friendships, managing conflict, and understanding social cues in a supportive group setting.
Mindfulness Groups
Mindfulness groups teach children and adolescents skills to increase awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management. Groups may incorporate breathing exercises, movement, guided imagery, and reflection to help participants develop tools for calming their bodies and minds and responding thoughtfully to everyday challenges.
